Charges Dropped Against Father Gerry

See Haitian Analysis article. Also see Miami Herald article from June 25.

As Father Gerry languished in a Haitian prison several years ago with leukemia, conveniently denied by a local Haitian doctor, the Catholic hierarchy in Haiti stripped Father of his duties as a priest.

Now the questions are will Father Gerry be allowed to function as a priest at Saint Clare's in Port-au-Prince? And will he be able to continue running his feeding program that feeds thousands each week as his Haitian brothers and sisters eat mud patties to stay alive?

Excellent news! Hopefully he'll be left alone to continue his good works.
