This is Christine.
Haitian Hearts brought her to the States for heart surgery when she was about 4 months old.
She had a ventricular septal defect.
My brother and his family gave her a home for many months while she recovered from surgery.
Christine is now a thriving teenager in Les Cayes.

Dear Dr John:
We are a group of 20 medical and dental professionals from Canada and the US who were in Monte Cristi DR this year for a week on a volunteer mission, and we think we really made a difference. We want to come to Haiti next March.
Could you please direct us? We are ready and willing to provide primary care mediicine and dentistry. We just need a clinic setup, some equipment,and a place to stay. Any ideas?
