Haitian Children Starving to Death

Can you believe that one mile from this beautiful site children are literally starving to death?
This photo was shot on the northern edge of Cite Soleil. Today.
It is the "worst slum in the western hemisphere", but it doesn't need to be.
I examine these lethargic, sick kids each day. Their moms are alone in this crowded slum and unable to provide much more than some white rice and red beans once per day.
Their living conditions are beyond terrible post earthquake and were terrible pre earthquake.
And 10 billion dollars of international aid has been pledged to Haiti in the last 12 months.
We will have some answering to do some day.
